If you are missing items or receive incorrect items, I will send out a replacement. No need to return the extra or incorrect items.
US Customers
In the rare event that shipped items are damaged due to shipping, a refund can be given after the customer has provided materials necessary for me to file the insurance claim with USPS, whether that is just a photo or the actual package itself.
International Customers
If the package is shipped via First Class Package International which is uninsured, then no refunds will be given for items that are damaged during shipping. If insured shipping is purchased by the customer, then a full refund including shipping cost will be given after the customer has provided materials necessary for me to file the insurance claim.
Otherwise there are NO returns or refunds.
